Wine and spirits distributor opens new distribution center in White Marsh/Middle River
Reliable Churchill, LLLP, the largest wine and spirits distributorship in Maryland, brings over 500 jobs to Baltimore County as the company opens a new operations and distribution center in White Marsh/Middle River. The company's office and warehouse have consolidated in a 449,200 square foot facility built by Chesapeake Real Estate Group LLC and Industrial Income Trust in the Baltimore Crossroads business community.
"We are welcoming more than a major operations and distribution center to Baltimore County. We are welcoming 500 Reliable Churchill workers who can now say they are a proud part of Baltimore County's business community," said Baltimore County Executive Kamenetz. "Reliable Churchill is a tremendous addition to Baltimore Crossroads' success as a significant employment center for eastern Baltimore County."

Reliable Churchill, LLLP is a member of The Charmer Sunbelt Group (CSG), a group of privately held companies that operates local wine and spirits distributor and/or brokerage houses in 15 markets.

Baltimore Crossroads is a 1,000 acre business community on Maryland Route 43, near Interstate 95 in White Marsh/Middle River. Over 60 companies employing approximately 2,900 people are located at Baltimore Crossroads, including headquarters for BGE HOME, Atlantic Design, Inc., PEVCO, Synagro, and Social Solutions. Once completed, Baltimore Crossroads will feature nearly 5.5 million square feet of space, including office and flex space, manufacturing/industrial, retail amenities, and a mix of homes, luxury apartments and open space.
St. John Properties has announced a new 200-acre mixed use neo-traditional development to be built nearby along Maryland Route 43. Greenleigh at Crossroads will include mid-rise Class "A" office space and a mix of detached single family, town homes, multi-family and condos, open spaces, and park lands. A coordinated streetscape will create a pedestrian-friendly community in the style of traditional neighborhood development.
